CityScape Hosts “Pop Up Park” in Downtown Phoenix: Free activities for weekday lunch-goers

PHOENIX (Feb. 1, 2012) – Need a break from your typical lunch hour? Get outside and enjoy the gorgeous weather at CityScape in Downtown Phoenix.

Starting this week, CityScape is hosting a “Pop Up Park” at Patriots Square where lunch-goers can soak up the sunshine and socialize with fun, free activities. The park will run through spring.

Details:
• Monday – Friday
• 11am to 1pm
• At no cost, you can rent Scrabble, Jenga, cornhole, books and magazines from a free loaner library, lawn chairs, blankets, Frisbee and a basketball hoop for a friendly game of HORSE.
• Live music by DJs William Reed (every Thursday) and Sean Watson (every Friday).
• You can have a picnic in the park by grabbing a quick lunch at Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Five Guys or Chloe’s Corner.
