• CityScape hosts a breadth of events and occasions.

CityScape is a mixed-use urban project located at Central Avenue and Washington Street; the center of Downtown Phoenix. The combination of office, retail, and hospitality is the focal point for urban living and community activity in a revitalized downtown Phoenix. CityScape is nestled between the city’s entertainment, education, business and government institutions.

Surrounded by the city’s new light rail transit system, CityScape’s neighbors include the US Airways Center, Chase Field, the Phoenix Convention Center, Arizona State University’s 15,000-student downtown Phoenix campus, the Phoenix Biomedical Campus, City Hall and the Maricopa County administrative and court complex.

Available event space at CityScape includes:

Patriots Square
Located within CityScape’s eclectic mix of specialty stores, boutiques, restaurants and entertainment venues, this space is the new home of Patriots Square. It features approximately 50,000 square feet of space that can accommodate groups up to 10,000 depending on the configuration.

The Mesa
Located on the south side of CityScape’s 28-story office tower, The outdoor Mesa features approximately 20,000 square feet of space that can accommodate groups up to 5,000 depending on the configuration.

Central Avenue
CityScape, in partnership with the City of Phoenix, has the ability to close Central Avenue. Requests for this space will be determined by CityScape on a case-by-case basis.

Fees
Fees are will be determined based on event duration, location and other requirements.

Parking
Two on-site, below grade 5 level parking structures are available to event attendees at CityScape. CityScape East and West garage entrances can be found on Washington Street between First Street and Central Avenue, First Avenue between Washington Street and Jefferson Street and Jefferson Street between First Avenue and Central Avenue as well as between Central Avenue and First Street. Insurance
Prior to accessing the CityScape property, users and their vendors and contractors shall obtain and keep in full force, at its sole expense, insurance in the amounts and the types as specified on the attached exhibits labeled Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2, attached hereto. The insurance shall be provided to the Owner, no later than 3 days prior to the set up of the event. The insurance must name the required additional insured as stated on the “sample insurance certificate” which is attached and labeled as Exhibit A-2.

Vendors
Vendors for entertainment, lighting, decorating, etc. will be evaluated on a case by case basis. A vendor/event coordinator walk-through is required prior to the event.
