The Arrogant Butcher debuts at CityScape in Downtown Phoenix on February 21, 2011. With an open dining room, exhibition-style kitchen, full service bar, and climate controlled outdoor patio, The Arrogant Butcher will be the place to congregate for the buttoned-down business crowd’s power lunches and after-work cocktails. At night and on weekends, the space will transform to attract downtown residents, hipsters, sports fans and event-goers. The eclectic menu is urban grill meets updated comfort food with bold flavors and a mix of hearty to healthy items. The space will feel as if it’s been a part of the downtown community for years – The urban industrial décor will be raw, edgy, rough and unpolished, but also comfortable and inviting.
