RED Development has signed Arizona’s largest law firm—Snell & Wilmer—to its growing tenant roster at CityScape Phoenix. With this new addition, the mixed-use property hit a leasing milestone of 98 percent. This deal marks the largest office lease signed in downtown Phoenix during the pandemic.
Snell & Wilmer will be relocating its headquarters from the Arizona Center, occupying a total of 115,000 square feet across five stories at this building. The firm has more than 450 attorneys in 15 locations across the western U.S. and Mexico, making them the largest full-service law firm in the West.
